What are your favorite vegan meals(not vegetarian) which combine foods to make complete proteins?

I like nuts and fruit, like a banana-berry smoothie made w/nut milk
The next day or eat certain things within certain period of you too and thus combine specific foods at one meal or week later will become part of you too and where needed will become part of you what you what you.
