Vegans, what’s your favorite dish or food?

things I already eat a lot of: beans and rice, hummus, nuts, pbj, soy milk, tofu, rice, and noodles. But that’s about all. Any suggestions?

For couple min stir fry raman noodlescaliflowerbrocliand carrots cut up all the water then pour the pan pour in nonstick pan after about 30sec of steaming pour in nonstick pan pour the veggies to bite size pieces and fast.

I eat:
quinoa
stir fry (with or w/o tofu)
sweet potatoes (mashed or baked)
huge tossed salads with interesting themes
fresh veggies
fresh fruit
vegan desserts (ymmy!)

I hope that helps a bit - I tried to list some things that you didn’t have in your list.
