What are you talking about, chinese food is practically vegan just don’t use meat in the mix.
Order something with tofu and/or seitan in it, and make sure there are no eggs or fish sauce. Fried rice usually has eggs.

For me that never put meat items in it for rice some use rice steamerthey never put meat items in doubt ask the problem with once ordered vegetable the surest places asked for meal cause know get true vegetarian meals.
