allama4life asked: Okay. So I am 14. I know I’ve had a problem with bowel movements ever since I was young. I just don’t have bowel movements; only about once a week (I know, gross).
The reason it is so weird is because:
*I drink plenty of water every day
*I do not exercise all the time, but even when I exercise, I still don’t do it.
*I am vegetarian, going on vegan
*I do not eat between meals
*I eat healthy
*I sleep 7-9 hours every night
*I have an average weight for my height
What should I do? I do not have any pain when going. It just doesn’t come…expect once in a while. And when I do I feel so light.
PS: would acai berry help?

wolffox asked: I now eat little fat in my meals, almost no oil, no meat, sometimes fish/shrimp(mostly boiled)
i eat whole wheat bread, fruit, Veggie, low fat, low sugar food, drink pretty of water, no diary food for me (i drink soymilk).
but why am i so constipated? every time i go to the bathroom, i have the unfinished feeling, there is always something left in my body, which is really annoying, because my belly kind of sticks out.
shouldn’t i have much better bowel movements since i am eating low-fat, high-fiber food?
can someone help me?
Thanks
Ok, guys. I eat fish, only for the Omega 3 in it. And i love seafood in general, i eat fish like once the other week, so most of my meals are 100% vegan. I just thought it would be easier to explain it this way.
