all these problems r good reasons 2 not be 1. So why risking your health and don’t lose cheese i love it to!!!!!Also being vegan is really hard!

there are some really good soy milks and soy cheese out there. (whole foods, vitamin cottage, sunflower markets, king soopers, safeway, ) This will satisfy your cravings. You can get calcium in some orange juices. Also there is 4% calcium in a serving of V8. (I am drinking it right now.) You can buy calcium supplements/vitamins. Good luck with everything.
