pistons56 asked: For me, anyone who is into that automatically registers to me as a crackpot. That means, in other words, someone I avoid wisely.
I’ve actually run into a few random people like that, only to find out later I was totally right. Call that a generalization, but in reality, it’s terribly true.
Mental illness is a terrible thing.

amieshaun asked: i’m 5′2 and weight about 127 lbs. i’ve gained about 15 lbs recently being vegan and eating basically all bread. i’m turning raw vegan and i’m curious as to how much people will think i will lose in about 2 weeks of eating mostly fruits and vegetables. (obviously i will eat some nuts everyday) and to insure my b12 i will drink 2 glasses of light soy milk every day which gives me 100% of my b12 intake.
(i also work a very low-key office type job which involves NO movement at all. i really cant stand it but the point of this fact is that i wont be getting a lot of exercise.)
thanks
well, i know that nuts are high in fat. that’s why i will add them in few small quantities and not overdo them. i will just eat them for a source of protien. i also know that they are carbohydrates but that it depends on how much i eat. my body burned 1400 calories a day on its own. if my caloric intake is below that then i won’t gain weight and eating mostly vegetables will end up being probably even lower in totally daily calories.
