hahah yahh! speakin from experience.. veggies don’t always satisfy your tummy as would chicken and other meats.. but snacks are a great idea! and you can never go wrong! try it out and see!

yup,i’m not vegans just a lacto-vegetarian but even after drinking milk my stomachs feel empty as well.i suggest some light snacks too.vege can make you easily hungry so what’s better than to have some cookies or fruit after eating.
